Todos Santos is a verdant oasis
found on the Tropic of Cancer, 73 kilometers
(about 43 miles) north of Cabo San Lucas on
the Pacific coast. Perched on a mesa below
the towering Sierra de la Laguna mountain
range, the town center overlooks a valley
of orchards and gardens, descending to the white sand beaches of the Pacific Ocean.
Todos Santos is lush with groves of Washingtonian
palms, mangos, papayas, avocados and other
crops. As recently as 1990, it was a far sleepier
place.
Just over an hour away from the hustle of
Cabo San Lucas, the difference in mood and
climate is extraordinary. The town is experiencing
a renaissance as more and more tourists discover
the casual, rustic atmosphere that permeates
life in Todos Santos. The chic Café
Santa Fé Restaurant, in part responsible
for the town's 20th century ambiance, is a

eateries such as Los Adobes welcome guests
to stay and experience the new Todos Santos.
Recently selected by the Mexican Government,
Todos Santos will become Baja’s first
member of the more than 20 Magic Towns of
Mexico called "Pueblos Mágicos".
This designation is bestowed upon a town that
possesses historical, cultural and architectural
significance and reflects the unique value
it offers to the tourism industry.
Significantly cooler than both Los Cabos and
La Paz most of the year due to cooling Pacific
breezes, Todos Santos is an ideal getaway
during the spring and early summer months.
Todos Santos offers a perfect year round climate
averaging in the mid-70’s, long expanses
of unbroken shoreline and an eclectic cultural
scene that draws from the vibrant personalities
of local artists and restaurateurs serving
unique fare created from locally grown organic
produce. Property prices in Todos Santos are
rising steadily as developers march north
from Cabo San Lucas to take advantage of the
